Group Training
At Fitcorps Fitness, we develop sport-specific training programs for small groups and sports teams. We know that your group or team is passionate about its chosen sport or activity, and we ensure that your workouts are designed to help you excel on the court, field, or trail. Our services include:
  • Dry-land training for groups and teams
  • Personal training for work or social groups
  • Corporate team building through fitness
All of our programs are custom-designed to meet your needs and can include:
  • Individual fitness assessments
  • Individual nutritional assessments
  • Identification of group/team goals and personal goals within the group
  • An overall group fitness plan to meet goals while allowing for individual success and growth
Group and team training programs can take place at the facility of your choosing and be held either indoors or out. We operate a mobile facility and can come equipped to present a challenging workout at your facility. Contact us for details!
