At Fitcorps Fitness, we believe that effective exercise engages and restores balance to the mind, body, and spirit. In order to achieve your personal fitness goals, you need to have your body, mind, and spirit on board. This statement forms the core of our personal training philosophy and factors into each personal training workout and program developed by our instructors, including lead trainer Dave Longmore, a Can-Fit-Pro certified Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS).
